Overview

There are two types of power supply methods for outdoor APs: adapter power supply and PoE power supply. Adapter power supply is commonly referred to as using a power adapter to connect to circuit boards and other circuits for power supply; PoE power supply uses PoE switches for network cable power supply. Relatively speaking, the power supply of the adapter is relatively backward, troublesome, and risky, requiring a separate circuit to supply power to the outdoor wireless AP; And PoE power supply only requires the addition of one PoE power supply machine, which can be used to power the outdoor wireless AP with a network cable, which is relatively simple, easy to deploy, and high in security.
